Accessing Your Accounts

The main menu options in ExpressLine telephone banking are:

For account information, press 1.

From here, members can access:

  • Account balances
  • List of transactions clearing accounts such as deposits and cheques
  • Make transfers
  • Make bill payments
  • Change security code
  • Place stop payments

For deposit and loan rates, press 2.

From here, members will be connected with a Member Solutions Centre Representative who will discuss current rates and opportunities.

To report a lost or stolen debit or Collabria credit card, press 3.

For lost or stolen debit cards, members will be connected with a Member Solutions Centre Representative during regular business hours.

Outside of regular business hours, members will be connected with an Everlink Representative.

For lost or stolen credit cards, members will be connected with a Collabria Representative.

For locations and business hours, press 4.

This prompt will list the ways members can reach Crosstown Civic Credit Union and AcceleRate Financial including:

  • The Member Solutions Centre
  • AcceleRate Financial
  • Crosstown Civic Credit Union Commercial Division
  • Crosstown Civic Credit Union Branch Locations and Hours
