How to Log in to the Mobile App

  1. Make your first login attempt on the desktop version of online banking first. You must accept the Direct Services Agreement on the desktop version of online banking before you can proceed in the app.
  2. Once you’ve accepted the DSA, you will be asked to select your security questionsand set up a strong password.
  3. Once you’ve set up your login details, you can transact normally on the app.

The Crosstown Civic Mobile App can be downloaded from Google Play™ or the Apple App Store®.

For Apple® products:

  1. Using your Apple® device (iPhone®, iPad®, iPod Touch®), search for Crosstown Civic Credit Union in the App Store.
  2. Select the CCCU app icon and verify that the author of the app is Crosstown Civic Credit Union.
  3. Tap the icon marked Get then tap again when it changes to Install.
  4. Enter your Apple App Store® password.
  5. Enter your Login ID and press continue. Enabling ‘Remember Me’ will allow you to bypass the Login ID step in the future. You will be asked to enter a nickname (e.g. your first name). Select continue.
  6. Enter your PAC/Password and select Log In.

For Android™ products:

  1. Using your Android™ device, search for Crosstown Civic Credit Union in the Google Play™ Store.
  2. Select the CCCU app icon and verify that the author of the app is Crosstown Civic Credit Union.
  3. Tap the Install button then tap the Accept button.
  4. Once the app is finished installing, tap the Open button.
  5. Enter your Login ID and press continue. Enabling ‘Remember Me’ will allow you to bypass the Login ID step in the future. You will be asked to enter a nickname (e.g. your first name). Select continue.
  6. Enter your PAC/Password and select Log In.
