Members may receive paper statements monthly, quarterly, annually, or not at all.
Members with chequing and/or non-registered savings accounts will receive a monthly printed statement with information on all of their other accounts (example: terms, loans).
Please note that we won’t issue a printed statement on a month with no account activity.
Members without chequing and/or non-registered savings accounts will receive a quarterly printed statement unless they only have a loan or mortgage with us.
ANNUAL YEAR-END STATEMENTS
Members that only have a loan or mortgage will receive an annual year-end printed statement. As of July 2019, a year-end printed paper statement will no longer be mailed out to members that have opted to suppress their printed statement.
TIP: Members that have suppressed their statements can view their statement in online banking via e-Statement or by viewing their account history. Members will automatically be signed up for e-Statements upon online banking enrolment. Find out more about e-Statements here.
Business statements arrive in the mail within five business days after month-end. Personal statements arrive in the mail within seven business days after month-end.
